Articles should be written in English and sent by e-mail.

Materials are submitted to the journal during the whole year. The journal is completed by mid-November. Articles received after the deadline will be automatically put in the queue and may be published next year.

The main issue is in December. If two issues are completed, they will be published in June and December of current year.

All articles submitted for publication undergo an expert selection. The editors will not accept the scientific popular, journalistic, artistic and domestic articles. This may be one of the reasons for rejecting the article. In addition, the editors will not accept articles from authors who are not working in the field of education and science. The editors will not accept articles that have not maintained the technical requirements, as well as articles with references to the text of the article and without bibliography. The editors will not accept articles of open political content. The journal has censorship; all articles are editing and correcting, if necessary. Articles should be written in strict scientific style. Also articles may be rejected because of very poor quality of translation.

Articles are accepted in English. The article may be rejected due to poor translation into English. Articles in other languages will not be accepted.

To interact with the authors of articles who are geographically remote, the editors request to correspond via email. If the article is confirmed to be published, the author will receive bank account details via e-mail. Payment is made only after the article is accepted for publishing.

Editorial board submits articles written by authors specializing at education, science and industrial areas. Also articles written by faculty members, aspirants and doctorates are submitted.
